PAP: Leave Otuaro Alone, Allow Delta Enjoy Its Turn of Representation – IPDI Warns Detractors Prominent Ijaw leaders, civil society organisations, and youth stakeholders in Delta State have called for an end to what they described as unnecessary attacks and distractions against the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD. The Commissioner for Communication and Orientation, Paul Ohonbamu announced on Wednesday that The Edo State Government has banned the use of the premises of public schools, roads and other public places for social events He said that henceforth, the government would not condone those who flout the ban and that  the ban would be dealt with in accordance with extant laws The commissioner directed government agencies to ensure the ban is complied with.
